School is a Christ-centered,
college-preparatory school whose mission is to glorify God
by educating young people in body, mind, and spirit.
In order to fulfill its mission, Long Island Lutheran:
- provides a distinctively Christian learning environment
emphasizing faith, values, and service.
- offers an excellent academic program to prepare students
of
average to superior ability for success in higher education
and life.
- encourages parents and families to become active in their
child’s educational process.
- serves the Lutheran/Christian community of Nassau and
Suffolk
Counties with shared ministries of education, service,
worship,
and fellowship.
- strives to provide service to the greater Long Island community
through our Summer Programs and other regional activities.
