Located on a beautifully wooded 32-acre estate
in Brookville, Long Island Lutheran Middle & High School has been serving
the educational needs of the community since 1960. Our co-educational
college preparatory program is accredited by the Middle States
Association of Colleges and Schools and is a member of the New York State
Association of Independent Schools.
As a leader in Christ-centered
education, we are proud to be recognized as a “School
of Excellence” by the U.S. Department of Education,
the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and the Lutheran
Church-Missouri Synod.
Serving 600 students in grades 6-12, Long Island Lutheran
offers a program of academic excellence and Christian distinctiveness
within the Lutheran tradition. Students come from more than
50 school districts throughout Long Island. Our school community
is rich in cultural and ethnic diversity, providing challenge
and enrichment for
students with varying gifts and talents.
